“Mark did a phenomenal job addressing two major issues with my car. First, there was an incident that left my SUV smelling like diesel and it was three months until I brought it to him, and he somehow completely eliminated the odor, despite the length of time it had to completely permeate the interior of my car.
Second, he removed all embedded white dog hair from the fabric seats and the entire interior of the car, as well as any dog odor. He even did a complimentary exterior clean as well.
